Emplacement très proche de la mer. Piscine dans la résidence avec transats. Commerces très proches. Résidence très bien tenue.

Les voisins de l'appartement étaient assez bruyants. Ils parlaient fort et faisaient du bruit tôt le matin, vers 6 heure.

There were also several positive aspects to our stay. The apartment itself felt cozy and welcoming, with nice decorations throughout — including wall art, pictures, and small details like cactuses and decorative pots that added to the overall atmosphere. There were plenty of places to sit and relax, as well as enough space to hang clothes and organize belongings, which was very convenient for a family stay. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed for daily use and cooking, including a microwave, oven, cooking hob, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and even a vacuum cleaner. There were also plenty of pots, pans, and utensils available. However, the frying pan was old and not in good condition, which made cooking less practical. Additionally, many of the glasses were mismatched and some were cracked but still placed in the cupboard, which raised safety concerns — especially for children, although fortunately no one was injured. It was also a nice touch that the apartment had a smart TV, as well as some books available to read. Internet was available, which was appreciated, although the password was very long and difficult to understand, and it took us quite some time to connect. Overall, despite the issues mentioned in the main review, the apartment had good potential, felt cozy, and offered decent value for money.

We stayed in this apartment for one week, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. At first glance, the floors appeared clean, but overall cleanliness was poor. There was significant dust on shelves, on top of cabinets, and under the beds. The table surfaces were dirty, and several kitchen utensils had not been properly washed, which made using the kitchen uncomfortable. Additionally, the kitchen equipment was inconsistent — there were no matching glasses, and most of them appeared to be mismatched or from broken sets. There was also no proper ventilation in the apartment, including in the toilets. We were forced to keep the windows open regularly just to air out the space, which was inconvenient and also made the noise issues even worse. Noise was a major issue. The walls and windows are very thin, and you can hear everything — people talking outside, neighbors moving around, and even birds early in the morning. During our stay, there was a family with a baby next door, and the crying was clearly audible throughout the night. On another side, a group of teenagers were partying late into the night (until 2–3 AM), and even after asking them to be quieter, nothing changed. For anyone looking for restful sleep, this apartment is not suitable. The beds were also not comfortable. They made loud squeaking noises with even small movements, which further disturbed sleep. The bed covers were very thin, and the pillows were practically non-existent — we had to use multiple pillows just to try to sleep comfortably. All of the doors in the apartment were in poor condition — they were squeaking loudly, some did not close properly, and this added to both the noise and inconvenience. The balcony door could not be locked, which raised serious safety concerns, as it would be possible for someone to access the apartment from neighboring balconies. The main entrance door was secure, but it was difficult to open and close properly as it would often get stuck.
