The proximity to amenities was wonderful, you're a 5-10 minute walk from the train station Around 2 minutes from Tesco and Aldi The town centre itself is only a few minutes from the property as well. Modern facilities such as the bathroom and kitchen hob made it easy for us to prepare meals for long walks and hikes. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest walking path with a wonderful view of Ludlow and that will be the start of the renowned Mortimer Trail! We thoroughly appreciated the TV set up, fridge and the space as well within the flat too.

Excellent central location, a hundred yards or so, admittedly uphill, to the centre of Ludlow. Quirky with lots of character. Clean and comfortable. Full kitchen facilities, if required.

Although nothing to dislike, the stairs are quite narrow and quite a few turns in them.

Parking is private, and I accept my part: on arrival I struggled to get into a space and firstly parked at the bottom near the trees. What made it confusing is that the signage (‘138 Owners’) appeared to match the bay, so I genuinely believed I’d parked correctly. So I moved there to that spot. A note was left on my car, but I only saw it when leaving because I didn’t drive during the stay. Owner could have contacted me by other direct means, but chose not to.

Location is excellent - right at the bottom of Corve Street with off-street parking and easy access to shops and restaurants. Property has a good fridge/freezer, cooker and ample storage space. There is also a washing machine (not used), but no means for drying. Bathroom is good.

Property is tired and in need of a make-over - particularly in entrance area and stairs. Floors could best be described as "eccentric" and full of different levels. Mattress was uncomfortable and needs renewal. There is no obvious emergency exit in the event of fire and no instructions regarding evacuation procedures. No instructions regarding recycling or what to do with the rubbish bin. Difficult to get the TV to work.
