The location was excellent. View was beautiful. The room was well appointed . Beds were comfy. Good shower

Location to the centre
Massive kitchen for the size of the property
Smell of the kitchen from the Bakehouse below, it wasn’t unpleasant just made us hungry all the time!

The Keep is finished to a very high standard and is conveniently placed in the centre of Ludlow. The staff, who are located in The Old Bakehouse, were very friendly and accommodating. The unusual second bedroom, described elsewhere as Hobbit sized, was loved by the children. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, as part of our package, but were surprised that it wasn't available until 10 am as it was served in The Old Bakehouse, which didn't open until then. This wasn't a problem for us.

The location was great
The smell from the kitchens below permeated the entire apartment and all our belongings. It was unbearable.
We also had to ask twice for the beds to be made up and for towels and there was no bin.
