A really superb central apartment

An immaculate conversion right in the centre of Ludlow, above a lovely cafe. We stayed in the garden view two bed apartment which was very comfortable, cosy and quiet. We really enjoyed relaxing in the living room and taking in the exquisite detail of the conversion - every material and design perfectly thought out. A jug of milk was in the fridge and loose leaf tea/coffee provided. Beds dreamy and shower/bath very high quality with indulgent body wash. One flight of stairs to the apartment and a further internal staircase to the mezzanine bedroom. Parking about 5 minutes walk pay and display (owners advised). Great pub across the road and we enjoyed breakfast in the cafe downstairs. Shops, market, castle etc just round the corner

Nothing! A personal thing for us - husband and daughter didn't get on with the feather pillows on the beds. Not a huge amount of storage space in bedrooms for a longer stay.

Great location,charming rooms made for an amazing Christmas weekend break!

Can arrive anytime to get into property. Excellent location in town centre, totally charming rooms decorated in a chic way. Lovely luxurious open shower. Cute wooden beams in the kitchen with a convenient mini fridge. Very effective heating! Everything was spotless when I arrived. Hosts sent a text ahead of my arrival and when I was due to checkout and I knew restaurant staff could assist me with any needs. Quaint view from the window.

I prefer to have the ability to open windows. When I visited there could be a bit of noise, but I enjoyed seeing the tractors decorated for Christmas right outside my window, a little bit of rowdiness from the pub opposite but not too disruptive.

An excellent apartment in a lovely town.

An excellent conversion of an old property. The owner has made a photo book to show how the premises were converted. Our apartment (#2) had a good sized bedroom plus bathroom and kitchen. We liked the small entrance lobby. It's a perfect location for exploring Ludlow.

There is only an overhead shower which in itself was good but a separate hand held shower head would have been useful. There were only 3 tumblers.

Kin Ludlow rooms

We had an extremely enjoyable stay. The apartments were beautiful and so comfortable with lots of nice touches. We were impressed by the renovation project to create such a great space . We loved the garden and having breakfast in the cafe each morning where the staff were friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.

A excellent stay in superb accommodation!

KIN Rooms is situated right in the centre of Ludlow - the whole of the town is within a very short, comfortable walk. Apartment 3, which faces the garden at the back on the property, has the distinct advantage of being shielded from any noise from the 'B' road at the front. It is well appointed, VERY spacious and well heated. The garden is a delight to walk in and is available exclusively for residents' use when KIN Cafe on the ground floor is closed for business. The Cafe offers excellent breakfasts and other meals and snacks, but residents should remember that it is not open on Sundays or Mondays.

Beautiful room with lovely decor. Up 2 small flights of stairs. I have a dodgy knee but managed them. Nice little entrance bit to leave your coats and shoes. Comfy bed.Friendly staff in cafe below when you get your free drink when open Great menu. Lovely garden to sit in when cafe closed to sit under brolly and have a nightcap. Location just off the main streets so excellent. Ludlow is full of beautiful historic buildings. I downloaded a walking tour that you can do at your own pace with headphones, and that was good to do, but they also do a guided walking tour at 2pm from the castle. Market days in the square has a good burger van. Assembly rooms has a cinema. St Laurence's church has a cafe.Lots of hidden gems to see and very old pubs to explore. Down by the railway station is a Tesco, Aldi and Ludlow brewery which you should check out and can even have a tour of. Spar/One stop shops not far from your room as well. Excellent chippy/Chinese next door with the best chips I have tasted for a long time. A very enjoyable stay.

Great stay in a well presented and comfortable place

Clear communications and instructions from the friendly host. Lovely space and decor with everything we needed during a 2-night stay. We were pleasantly surprised how well insulated from noise the first floor room was when we found it overlooked the street; also from the other rooms. The kitchen area was well provisioned, it was great to have a proper radio and plenty of chairs and lighting options. Nice touch to give guests access to free hot drinks in the downstairs cafe, where the food and amazing garden were super.

Despite there being a fan we found the room very warm (it was mid-August) and it wasn't easy to open any windows due to the secondary glazing being combined with sash windows with locks. But this was a minor downside in what was very nice accommodation, which we'd happily recommend to friends and family.

Charming, stylish apartment. Very large and well equipped, and right in the centre of this adorable town. Beautiful peaceful garden for our use after the cafe closes: had a takeaway and watched for the meteor shower!

Simply Excellent

Very central and the cafe underneath was fantastic, breakfast is amazing. The host recommended restaurants, we tried Mortimers and it didn’t disappoint, amazing food and service. Couldn’t have wished for a better two days in Ludlow. Do yourself a favour and get there soon

The communication was fantastic and the property is beautiful with a garden you can use too. The apartment was lovely and spacious - perfect for a couple. Big bed and bedroom and large bathroom. Kitchen area was perfect size for us too. Hob and fridge was available.

We had the bedroom window open and you could hear the traffic as it is right by the traffic lights.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Ludlow

Excellent property, very clean, well appointed and in the heart of Ludlow . I was attending an event at the castle, this was the perfect base. John the host communicated really well and was very helpful. We had a fantastic stay.

The pub opposite was lively, but the sound proofing on the window worked well. No real issue for us.

A very relaxing two day stopover in Ludlow in this lovely apartment on the way back to Cornwall.

Very - tasteful, comfortable, central to Ludlow, clean, roomy, well maintained and lovely to have access to an attractive large garden. It has the added benefit of the owner’s restaurant on the ground floor.
