Unhappy stay
Lovely location. Good communication and offer to check in early.
The boiler was so noisy all night! Spoilt the stay. Also headline on advert states "parking" which is not available. I know Ludlow so guessed that but if you are identifying parking in a public car park that is unreasonable.

Clean pleasant stay
Great central location for exploring Ludlow. Clean well equipped and decorated nicely
The flat was extremely cold when we arrived. It would be good to put the heating on a couple of hours before guests arrive given the cold weather conditions. The codes on the 3 doors to access felt a little overkill would’ve preferred keys

central location, plenty of space, good kitchen
Finding the entry door in the bookies façade was easy but only when we had asked the owner for more directions, they should have a picture on the profile page! 3 lots of doors to navigate with access codes, 2 lots of stairs and the last lot are steep and the banister is I suspect, not to building safety regs, as its very low and coming down you have to lean forward down the steps, this would not be easy for anyone with movement issues. The car park is £12 a day. The beds mattress needs condemning it is awful! I would not book this property for this alone, see other reviews! As mentioned in other posts, the views are out over roof tops and cooking vents!

The host was absolutely great and communicative. They let us know that we could check in early, very kind. The location is perfect. The flat is really cute and cosy and had everything we needed. A really great weekend stay

The bed was of poor quality and uncomfortable & the bed linen worn and marked.
We parked in the riverside car park at the bottom of the hill which was a stiff walk up to the apartment & the meter needed feeding before 9am which meant no lie in.

Great location and very clean.
Lovely clean and spacious apartment right in the centre of the town. All facilities provided, tea and coffee, washing up liquid, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The owner was very helpful and phoned us as soon as the apartment was ready.
The only downside was the mattress, you could feel all the springs and you hit the base when you sat on it.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, spacious apartment in the centre of Ludlow
The location is exceptional, right on the main square. We loved being able to stay until 11 am on the day of departure and to have been kindly allowed to check in early on the day of arrival. The flat is well appointed and also very quiet.
There was just one thing missing for us, a freezer compartment inside the fridge to keep our ice blocks.
We thought the smell of the laundry powder used for the bedding and towels was a bit overpowering.

The bed wasn’t very comfy could feel the springs… also had to fiddle with mixer tap on bath to get the hot water…once we figured that out… it was fine as there was plenty

Excellent apartment, could not be closer to the town centre.
The (absent) host left nothing to chance; everything was included for a very comfortable stay, (apart from the heating not being on; simply adjusting the thermostat was enough) from a bowl of chocolates to a tv with Amazon Firestick. Highly recommended, maybe a little pricey for a single traveller.

Great location but some.basics need sorting.
Location is perfect
Uncomfortable bed -.mattress needs replacing, sagging on one side. Felt as though I was going to fall out of bed and therefore I slept on the sofa, which was equally uncomfortable!
Also chairs in lounge are very rickety and wobbly and the fridge is extremely noisy.
These issues have been mentioned several times in online reviews and need sorting, when paying £133 a night I expect a decent bed for starters!

I won’t be coming back.
It was very central.
Well, where to start? The fact the owner doesn’t respond to any form of communication until near the time of check in. Then quite curtly tells you that you’ll get check in details at 4pm. They don’t come, you chase her again and finally get the information 25 panic stricken minutes later when you’ve desperately been trying to find another room because you’ve convinced yourself this one was a scam. Then there are 3 ridiculous codes to get into the apartment like some sort of prison complex in which you have to travel down drab, youth hostel like corridors, to finally arrive at your disappointment (my mistake, I mean destination). The apartment then in first appearances seems quite pleasant, it smells strongly of food, no doubt because as you quickly realise all the windows open onto extraction fans from neighbouring food establishments. The “view” shown in the pictures must have been taken by exiting the fire escape and walking across the roof of the downstairs restaurant to the very end because there is no way that expanse of roof wouldn’t be in the picture otherwise. What else? Ah yes, the half eaten food in the fridge. Half a jar of old gherkins anyone? Perhaps some half eaten chutney? Or some of the rancid looking old margarine might take your fancy. How foolish was I to expect anything of the level of service I have previously known with good old air BnB. The whole kitchen was full of half eaten packets, bread, oats, cereal. This also carries across to the bathroom where instead of nice individual packets of products, you are greeted by a caddy of leftovers from various bottles.
The crockery was dirty, there were dirty baking trays in the oven, marks on the sheets. And the best bit? At the end of it all, I decided I could at least have a bath (no shower other that the fitting in the bath), so I filled the tub only to wonder what’s that floating in the water? Toenails. And a large public hair or two for good measure.

Great little apartment, central to all amenities in Ludlow
The location was central, the apartment was peaceful and very cozy and comfy. The heating was excellent. They had a really large deep bath, one reason I booked it. The apartment was clean except for the toilet pan. We were given a late check out time to ammend the issue, when the landlords did communicate they were lovely lovely people.
Couldn't get a hot bath, the water kept running cold, then hot, then cold, so had a cold bath. We had a power cut for a 30mins no communication regarding this at the time.

Location very close to Markets
Noisy fridge, noisy central heating, noisy stairway with other neighbours, 3 codes to remember and lots of stairs.
Hand towel in the bathroom had tooth paste on it, wobbly dining chairs in the living room area and greasy trays in the oven which we didn’t use.
