Perfect location , very clean, had everything we needed and more. It was light, airy and roomy. Loved the huge fluffy bath towels. Customer service excellent.
Could feel the springs in the mattress which made it uncomfortable to sleep on, so could do with the mattress being changed.

Perfect central location, tasteful and cleverly designed.
Not the fault of the property but it was insanely hot and understandably windows onto the roof did not open. A fan was provided though.

Conveniently situated for the town centre and Leslie was very kind in accommodating our suitcase before check-in time. Everything was clean and the apartment is spacious. There was no disturbance from noise. Overall, excellent value and we were pleased to find accommodation available for our very short stay.
The approach to the apartment along a corridor next to a betting shop and through 3 combination locks was disheartening but the accommodation was bright and welcoming. However, the 20+ steep stairs were a struggle for us old'uns with our luggage. The bed needs a new mattress, as we could feel every spring, and the sofa was also past its best.
