Clean and modern.
Good parking spot outside the property.
Lovely view from bedroom.
Further than half a mile from town and castle on an elevated spot. Due to recent surgery it was definitely not walkable into town.
TV only through internet
Could do with a plug or washing up bowl in the kitchen!

Great little house,well equiped kitchen,although didn 't cook apart from toast,comfortable bed,good shower and easy walking distance into Ludlow. Perfect for what we wanted.
The weather was hot and sunny and the heating was on all day and night,easily remedied by opening the windows. A tea towel to dry the dishes and a dish/J cloth would have been useful to clean the benches but that's a minor thing.

The location was good for our purposes, being a 20 minute walk into town
THERE WAS NO NUMBER ON THE HOUSE. THERE WAS NO NAME PLATE FOR THE ROAD. WE WERE WANDERING ROUND AN ESTATE ON A DARK COLD NIGHT TRYING TO FIND IT.
the coffee/tea sachets were appreciated, but we expected to find some kind of cafetiere or other coffee maker to make fresh coffee.
you desperately need to provide some kind of welcome pack. we couldn't get into the wifi. we couldn't get into the TV apps; several other people seemed to be logged in.
you need to provide curtains on ALL the downstairs windows
the property was nice enough for our purposes, though I'd say about £15 over-priced
