The property was exactly as advertised, it was in a perfect location to walk to the castle and around town.

Useful parking right outside. Good communication and easy entry to the house. Perfect for 2. Comfortable sofa and bed. Great to have tea, coffee and milk provided. Great location, walkable to town.

Would have liked a curtain over the front door/window and a blind in the kitchen for privacy when the lights were on at night.

Lovely location and view, very quiet area, it was a nicely laid out and well cared-for house.

Some key kitchen equipment was missing, or I didn't manage to find it. I couldn't put my washed up things away before leaving as there was no tea towel. The heating was set much too high so I had to leave the windows open in the bedroom for a while before going to bed each night.

The location was good for our purposes, being a 20 minute walk into town

THERE WAS NO NUMBER ON THE HOUSE. THERE WAS NO NAME PLATE FOR THE ROAD. WE WERE WANDERING ROUND AN ESTATE ON A DARK COLD NIGHT TRYING TO FIND IT. the coffee/tea sachets were appreciated, but we expected to find some kind of cafetiere or other coffee maker to make fresh coffee. you desperately need to provide some kind of welcome pack. we couldn't get into the wifi. we couldn't get into the TV apps; several other people seemed to be logged in. you need to provide curtains on ALL the downstairs windows the property was nice enough for our purposes, though I'd say about £15 over-priced
