Staying on the 10th floor, the noise from the rooftop restaurant/bar/pool staff cleaning up each night was very loud. A lot of scraping chairs and water surge charges.

I left my wallet at the hotel after checking out. I contacted the hotel and found that the housekeeping team had secured it and handed it over to management. I would like to thank the team for their honesty and excellent service.
