I was on the top of building (6th floor) where I had big balcony with a nice view. Although I didn't use it too much (too hot on the end of June), I suppose it can be particularly handy out of Summer. The apartment has most of stuffs needed for short stay with markets or restaurants not so far away.
Although it was good having two ACs, they didn't have remote control units so if I should turn on/off the one mid night, I had to stand up and go to the wall mounted unit. TBH I didn't ask for remote control unit because AC in the sleeping room was directly opposite the bad thus pushing the air right into head. I ended up of not using it over the night, which was unpleasant experience on the end of June.

The staff was great, kind and helpful. The room is pretty clean and comfortable. Towels are changed and room is cleaned everyday in the afternoon. Possibility to leave luggage after checkout came in pretty handy. There is a decent amount of shops, bakeries, cafes and fast food restoraunts arround.
The location is not so great, but not a major issue. There is only liquid soap in the bathroom, no shampoo or shower gel. Vent in the bathroom is very bad, its hard to air the room. The only window is above the very traffic street, it can be pretty loud and there is no piece at night.
