    One of our party had surgery and could not travel. Contacted the hotel, as advised by Agoda to cancel the room, within the cancellation period and was told to contact ***. Agoda seem to have used *** to reserve the hotel. *** would not discuss with me as I was not the Customer. Agoda said they could not cancel the room as it was pay on arrival. We had to pay 50% deposit! Hotel had the hospital report but still would not agree to cancel as *** had to do it! Spent the first two days of the trip trying to sort out but in the end no refund.
