The location was great close by to many restaurants and cafes. Very easy to get around from the strand. The room was very clean and quiet.

The location is convenient, close to a bus stop with connections to all major areas. However, the hotel is a standalone building on a narrow, dimly lit street, so room views are quite limited.
1. The TV was not working, and several other guests had the same issue. What’s surprising is that this problem has been mentioned repeatedly in past reviews, yet it still hasn’t been fixed. Very disappointing.
2. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the washbasin in the bathroom.
3. The room did not match what was advertised. I booked a room that showed a sofa in the photos, but it wasn’t provided. When I raised this with the staff, they said Booking.com uses the same photos for most rooms.
4. The air conditioning is centralized, so the room temperature cannot be adjusted individually.
