I didn’t have a proper window in my room and if i went to the balcony i could smell all the kitchen food.

our room was right next to the reception, we heard chatting outside our door until 1am the first night and when the phone rang it was very loud, We expected the noise though to be worse than it was in the end.

My sister and myself stayed here just for the weekend, we were upgraded free of charge from a two bed apartment to a three. I think it's because we had to wait an hour to check in, I was told 1pm on an email then told no 2pm when we got there, 2 bedrooms had an ensuite, there was a separate bathroom and bedroom too. There was a Large living room, A 2 and 3 seater settee, fitted kitchen with all the amenities, washing machine, small balcony and good views, depending on which window you were looking out of. There was a lift to the property so it was easily accessible. The property was clean, spacious and located near many shops and it wasn't far from the marina and main shops that lined the front. The only down side to the apartment were the beds, they were so uncomfortable, everything ached when we both got up after sleeping. If this hotel replaced the mattresses to something a little more comfortable then it'd be one of the best I've stayed in. I wouldn't let this put anyone off staying here though as not only was it a lovely and clean apartment it was very affordable and I'd definitely stay here again.
Just the beds, they were so uncomfortable. That's the only fault with this apartment. Everything else was lovely!

The location was great!
We asked for a double bed and got two single beds. Upon arrival, we had to move rooms because our room did not have the kitchen facilities (such as a microwave) that we paid extra for. The shower door and the drain were broken and water would get everywhere; the toilet was also broken and it was hard to put together everytime we wanted to use it. The mirror was broken and not usable, and the window to the balcony would not lock which left privacy and security concerns. The bedroom walls were yellow (i’m guessing from previous smokers) and seemed to be growing mold. The stove was hard to use and would make a lot of smoke, which would frequently set off the fire alarm in our room, even with the window open. The microwave almost caught on fire the first time we used it, and then it stopped working completely. In my opinion, this hotel should not be open for business.
