Staffs were nice, location is just by the port. Except they give me the tiniest room, street view that's not even close to the photo when i make the reservation (i also check it's a seaview room). I went back to the receptionist saying that's not the room i originally booked for, their reason is that i choose standard room aka basic room, i have to pay additional 50euros for the two nights i m staying. I swear to god, it's the sea view room from room details and the photo as well. So be aware when booking!!! and i didn't like the staff keep on sacarsm about where im travelling from (USA). It makes me uncomfortable. He's nice, but i dont like hotel staffs frying to humiliate where im coming from

location is good however 3 stars is a stretch. Breakfast average, nothing special, rooms VERY small and basic.

Its TWO stars hotel.
Meals:
Breakfast boring everyday same thing.
Food from restaurant good and value for money.
Rooms :
Very clean but Very OLD. You can hear everything between the walls. Doors I don't think are H&S.
Furniture 80's style (worn out).
Most rooms on back side of the hotel NO VIEW.
Poor aircon system.
Pictures on website are old. Feel like cheated for money.
Hotel worth max £900 a week no

Only good thing location, Malta and friendly housekeeping.
Everyday FIRE ALARM went off in the middle of night. Reported and they didn't bother. No sleep for all the stay.
Next time I will book hotel from International well established Hotels Chain. As this web and others don't take customers feedback seriously and still keep rubbish hotel on web.
