Great facilities and location is good, can get a ferry into valetta for 3 euros just 5 min walk away too

I went to Malta for my birthday, and we decided to stay at this hotel. When we arrived we had an upgrade to a larger more spacious room, which was amazing! The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice and the breakfast on the top floor made the view amazing!

The shower head was leaking and needed amending and outside in the entrance smelled like the sewage but besides that nothing bad to say.

Location

Very loud, poor isolation of windows so you can hear every vehicle in the street. Rooms are not too bad but still bad rayion price-value. Poor smell from the bathroom.

The room was very clean, the TV worked, bed was comfortable. Average through out! Restaurant food was very good.

Room too small, no windows, no natural light, no balcony as shown in the advert, shower leaked, toilet switch did not work properly. Having stayed at the sister hotel the previous week on an upgrade where I was given a balcony that looked at a building site (which I complained about), I expected a room with a balcony on the front aspect. After all I had stayed twice! Clearly nobody took any notice. Breakfast was limited, average quality and a not very hot.
