The Booking in Staff at reception were very helpful and throughout our stay. The staff in the breakfast room were very professional even when it got very busy. There was one person in particular very friendly, a chap from Nepal who only recently joined your work force. Breakfast was excellent.
we felt the person giving tour information was not friendly.

Special mention to Tatiana, beyond helpful and will always work with you where she can to manage your experience.

Very nice property w a good central location. The room and beds very comfortable and nice size bathroom. Very clean. Extremely nice staff.
The dining areas are nice and staff great but breakfast is really not good. It's not the quantity but the quality.

Location is great & access to the Lido was a big plus.
Breakfast was awful - too many people - food that looked poor quality. Rooms needs decorating - Aircon was noisy and then stopped working - towels smelled musty
