The location was convenient and the bed was really comfortable.
I was expecting room with a terrace by the photos we saw, but we didn’t have one.

Location, clean, comfortable. Received welcome drink in the bar with a nice wiev to the bay. Close to public transport and nice restaurants. A bit right away from noisy main road, so it was quiet.

The breakfast was delicious and the price was very good for what you get. The staff were absolutely wonderful – everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. I also appreciated the small touches like having coffee available. The Aqualuna pool area was amazing, and overall it’s a nice place for a vacation. The room was cleaned every day, which was great.
Unfortunately, there was a lot of mold, especially in the bathroom. There is no proper ventilation, so nothing dries, and opening the window feels uncomfortable because there is no privacy (people can see inside). The sound insulation is very poor – you can hear everything. The mattresses were sliding and not stable. We expected a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. The indoor pool was very small, and the saunas were not working. Also, the room could use bigger trash bins. Overall, the mold issue was a major downside.

Great location, with stylishly decorated rooms.

The WiFi signal is stable (but open - unsafe)
The breakfast has a solid offer (although it is served in the restaurant across the street).
The rooms are not part of the hotel and are located in the adjacent building, which is physically separate from 115 The Strand Hotel.
Although the rooms are cleaned daily, there is an unpleasant smell of mold that was caught on the wall behind the bed. It should be noted that the soundproofing in the rooms is at a very low level: knocking on doors, talking in the hallway, and even the sound of rain, all of this is as if it were happening in the room.
The TV channels are constantly out of order (I assume due to a weak signal)
It should be noted that the photos in the advertisement referring to the terrace overlooking the sea were taken from the neighboring hotel, 115 The Strand Hotel.
