The bed was comfy and room was spacious
We didn’t have a balcony/terrace as advertised. It was a a tiny 1foot by 1foot space which you opened the door to and couldn’t really sit on and enjoy. Nothing like the pictures
The tv didn’t work and despite reporting to the property it wasn’t rectified.

Location was excellent, a 24/7 convenience store is a minute away as well as many restaurants, bars and bus stops.
Nearby on the strand you can find multiple kiosks for ferries and boat tours (don't use iSeeMalta, they advertise 3h in Gozo and 2h in Comino for their combo tour but you will be lucky if you get half of that time).
Communication with the host was quick, efficient and helpful via WhatsApp.
Be sure to bring your socket adapters!
It wasn't a problem for me and my girlfriend since we're used to it, but expect having to walk steep hills to reach the apartment (as is the case for most of Malta really). Having sugar in the kitchen would be helpful, you already have coffee in jars. Also, we didn't find a remote for the TV, only for the Google TV device. Nothing deal breaking, highly recommended!

We loved the huge terrace. The location is good. Close to Sliema but also 20mins walk to the bays on the other side such as Spinola bay. Easy to visit Valletta via the 5 minute ferry crossing, just over 10mins walk away.
Obviously the flights of stairs to the top of the building were not great but it kept us fit. Lots of hills in Sliema, Gzira and Valletta but that is the geography of Malta. You get used to them pretty quickly.

Air conditioning was very good and it was central to towns an beaches
It wasn’t cleaned the whole two weeks we were there. We had to go downstairs and get clean bedsheets and change the bed ourselves. Never give us any bin bags until the day before we were leaving
