Superb. Great variety of food options
The 2 rooms opposite mine were under renovation which generated quite a lot of noise in the morning.

very friendly staff, good service, a new hotel - since there are no carpets, you hear a lot. Spa area is nice but gets crowded quickly

This is a very modern and high-tech hotel with a lot of fancy advancements, but it still covers all the bases. Very good price, great app-based communication system (no key cards, ability to talk to personnel online, etc.), pretty close to the sea. Unfortunately, we hadn't had a chance to check the SPA or breakfasts, but we most certainly will next time. Meanwhile, I can certainly recommend this hotel.
The construction works right in front of the window were slightly annoying.

Front counter staff were great. I didn't get to use much of the facilities, but they looked great from what I saw. Good location.
Maybe I was being overly grumpy, but... The Standard rooms were very small and did not represent good value for money. The fridge was not working and the shower space was very cramped. You can't even open or close the bathroom door without squeezing into some alcove to allow it to pass by you. The doors on the shower were very loose and the internal handles have sharp edges, so I managed to give myself a painful scratch on the back as it rolled forward as I was trying to get in. The number display on the safe kept falling off. They give you one complimentary bottle of water - you pay for the rest. It's a decent size bottle, but at nearly £180 per room per night I thought that would be included. Barely any room between the end of the bed and the 12 inch ledge that served as a desk. Stubbed my toe several times on the desk chair...
