The only good thing was the location.

The bathroom was the worst thing about the property. It has glass doors that provide absolutely no privacy, as if there were no doors at all. Everything from the bathroom comes into the apartment, making the conditions very poor and unhygienic.

Good position

Room was quite big, in sort of bohemian style. It was nice but I had a feeling the builders forgot to finish the sealing lol Bed was comfy and location was excellent

At some point the power went off. We couldn't get into the building. We called an emergency number and they informed us about the box that was attached to the wall on the other side of the intercom and inside of it there was a spare key to open the door. I guess we should be informed about these things by the receptionist whilst checking in.

The property itself and location were great. The property manager was always helpful and kind. The cleaning crew did a phenomenal job every day. Everything was meticulously cleaned.

Two easy fixes that would really enhance the rental: 1. Fluffy pillows. The pillows provided were pitiful. You are in the business of providing people a place to sleep but provide the thinnest, cheapest pillows possible. 2. A larger tv. It is nearly the size of a computer screen. Now, to address the real issue: The construction. I did read reviews about the construction so I want to clarify. All the buildings are attached. They share the same walls. The construction is literally taking place on the other side of the walls on both sides. They start promptly by 8 am and continue the full day. They are literally STANDING beside your balcony outside on the scaffolding. Debris was everywhere on the balcony. No effort was made to protect the balcony from the debris and they took no initiative to clean up after the day was done. A layer of sawdust and chunks of construction material were on the floor, table and chairs when we came in after sightseeing. The walls are so thin, I could hear them literally scraping mud on bricks through the walls. Of you are sightseeing all day, it’s not a problem. But, if you would like to come in and take a nap or relax for a day…forget it. Not happening. It would have been nice to have gotten a discounted rate as we were surely unable to utilize our room the way would have liked. There was zero communication about the construction. I could be wrong, but I don’t think they worked on the weekend. That being said, it was very quiet once construction ceased for the day. In a year when all the construction is complete, this will be the perfect rental.
