Boho Rooms Sliema

Good location and helpful staff

Beautiful old traditional Maltese building. Renovated and with air conditioning. Friendly staff. Thank you I really enjoyed my stay

Everything was great! Gorgeous old building with tranquil terrace. The location was central, it was super clean and calm. If you would like some constructive feedback I would say having a mini fridge in the room would have been more convenient. I’m so pleased there was air con as I was there during the heat wave. Deco in room was cool. And thanks for the hand soap. The Staff were really warm, friendly and welcoming. I would have liked more advice about where to visit and restaurant recommendations. Many thanks for their hospitality. Thanks again for a lovely stay. I really enjoyed it and I would definitely book here again. 😃

Very cute terrasse !

Location is amazing, close to the bus station and it was easy to get around. Shops and markets close which was very convenient. The guy&girl we talked to were really nice <3

At first glance, the room looks nice and has a pleasant vibe, both in the photos and when you first enter. However, after staying for a few days, several issues became apparent. The biggest issue for me was cleanliness. It felt like the property had not received a proper deep clean in a long time. There was dust almost everywhere on the lights, in the bathroom, on surfaces, and even hanging from parts of the walls. The bed linens were also disappointing. In my opinion, white sheets would be more reassuring as they can be properly bleached and sanitized. The sheets had stains that looked like blood, and although I contacted the host about it, they were only replaced the following morning. I understand it was late at night, but it still meant sleeping on stained sheets. I also found hair under the pillow that was clearly not mine. Even if the sheets had been washed, they did not feel fresh or clean. Another inconvenience was the lack of places to hang clothes or wet towels. We stayed for five nights and had to reuse the same towels throughout our stay because no extras were provided. The room also lacked natural light. The window had to remain closed because otherwise people from the street and nearby buildings could see directly inside. The glass was covered, which further blocked daylight from entering. The shared kitchen had an unpleasant smell, and it was unclear why cooking there was prohibited (?)despite it being advertised as a shared kitchen. Finally, the mattress protector did not fully cover the mattress, leaving old stains visible around the edges, which was not a pleasant sight. Overall, the place has potential and looks appealing at first, but cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement.
