Very friendly and efficient staff, top quality Asian restaurant on top floor, good bar, very clean and comfortable
Nothing to dislike

Staff were super friendly, location and views were fantastic, food was brilliant, Breakfast was ok though not exceptional but it had everything we wanted as we don't eat too much for breakfast.
Air con in the room could have been quieter and better.

Breakfast variety is good.
The property is tired and in my opinion it is definitely not 5*. It needs updating in the communal areas requiring attention to decor and carpets dirty. I expected a lot more for a 5* rating with a very high price tag.
