Tv not working…had to be replaced…had to get beds zipped and cleaners either came very early or rather late

Family room - very large and comfortable, its ok for family 2+3 or more
Breakfast - lots of choices, very friendly staff, asks for preferences, allergies and assist in selection.
Pools: In-door pool is good for small kids. For adults and youths its rather "big Jacuzzi" than a pool ;-) with sauna near by. Bigger and nicer pool is on the roof but we have not used it due to weather.

big room size, various dinner options, big bed
- same breakfast every day in a 5* hotel
- no drinking water in the bathroom
- constant smell in the bathroom
- big bed was good but also a a huge problem. No fitting sheet, the mattrass is in general two mattresses zipped together. On sheet on each, and a huge sheet on both. But the sheets always went down during sleep.
- room service left huge dust piles, also one time a cleaning rag on the bed
- wellness services just like a 3* wellness hotel in Hungary
