The hotel was great overall. The breakfast was excellent, and our room was cleaned quickly every 3 days
One small thing to note for future guests: the photos show a large cross-shaped pool, which made us think it was the rooftop pool at this hotel. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. The rooftop has a smaller pool, while the large cross-shaped pool is located at a separate property

We have recently returned from our stay in Malta and were extremely disappointed with our experience at the hotel.
The main reason we chose this hotel was the swimming pool featured prominently in the listing and promotional photos. It was presented as one of the hotel's key facilities and was a significant factor in our decision to book.
However, on arrival we were informed by hotel staff that this pool was not available to guests staying at our hotel, and that it was only accessible to guests of certain other ST Hotels. This came as a complete surprise, as there was no clear indication during the booking process that the advertised pool was not available to all guests.
We feel that the hotel was advertised in a misleading way, as the main images created the reasonable expectation that we would have access to the facilities shown. Had we known that this pool was unavailable to us, we would not have chosen this hotel.
This significantly impacted our holiday, as one of the primary reasons for selecting the accommodation was the quality of the pool and leisure facilities. We therefore believe we did not receive the experience that was advertised or that we paid for, and we would appreciate appropriate compensation in light of this misrepresentation and the disappointment it caused.
