Very good hotel. Great location, good breakfast, and clean room. Also good service from the staff. I recommend that hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Loads of bars, shops and restaurants nearby, beautiful harbour view from some rooms, and very close to many buses and ferries to Valletta.
The hotel is new, and has great amenities, particularly great shower and is very clean.
The best thing about the hotel though is the staff. I stayed nearly 2 weeks there and felt like some of them were old friends by the time i left. Particular mentions go to Naran who cleaned my room so well, to Niko on reception, always smiling and helpful, and Patricia the manager who not only sorted out a small problem with my initial room which was caused by a lack of clear description of the room by Expedia, but she also remembered it was my birthday mid stay, and even had a happy birthday balloon on my bed when i returned in the evening. Such a lovely touch.
Thanks to all there. Top marks to everyone.

The receptionist Antonella is great! Good service and efficient. The room/apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated.
