A wonderful experience in living how, a typical French person would live

We liked that there were bicycles to use for around the city use! It was in an exclelent location to access all that we wanted/needed to do. We appreciated the quick response to questions about recommendations for restaurants, hiking and other sights in the area!

Nice people, very very small place without convenient parking unless your car is tiny. Probably best for singles only.

Garden is probably cute in summer but in winter it was just wet. Other residents of the building were very nice and helpful. Decently close to town but not so close you don’t prefer to drive in and then it’s very hard to park in town.

Very small apartment, not enough for a couple for multiple days and we didn’t feel like we could cook effectively besides making toast. The parking spot is very small and at the end of the garage so we couldn’t actually park in it and had to park near a gas station at the main street and walk in and out. No nearby restaurants or coffee shops. Ended up leaving early and moving to a better place.

Cosy apartment for 2.

A cosy apartment with everything we needed for a short stay. The property is warm, the bed comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for a bath. The little garden would be nice in summer. The owner was helpful. We plan to stay here again.

There is no oven but we managed with the hob and microwave.

Perfect location for hiking&biking in and around Fontainebleau. Centre just a few minutes by bike. Little garden with sun during most of the day. Garden table and (deck)chairs available. Good bed/mattress.

Appartment is opposite the main entrance and staircase, resulting in some noise from the corridor now and then. But still relatively quiet. Addition of a shower rod and enclosure instead of curtain would definitely be an improvement.

It's a bit tricky to park the car in the garage, but -- since the appartment is not in the small town center -- it is very easy to find free parking in the street. There are two bikes available, which is really great.

Exceptional

The apartment is in great location. 5 minutes walk from the Forest and 15 minutes to the city center / Castle . Also, bikes are available at the garage which are extremely useful go around this beautiful area. In the garden of the apartment you can have a nice little barbecue. The host is very nice and flexible. I can only recommend .

Une très bonne séjour dans cet apartment cosy. Les hôtes étaient vraiment formidable, il y avait une fuite dans la salle de bain et ils sont immédiatement venue pour le réparer. J’ai pu parlé avec eux et ils m’ont donné des bonnes indices pour la ville Fontainebleau. L’appartement était vraiment bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il nous faillait. Et le jardin privative était un grand plus. Merci

Résidence dans un quartier très calme. Parfait.

Très agréablement surpris par cet appartement. L'équipement était parfait (TV via internet, WIFI, lave linge, lave vaisselle, cafetière à capsules, grille pain ......), propreté nickel, literie au top, linge de toilettes et de cuisine fournis. Propriétaire chaleureuse et très réactive. Plus que satisfait pour ce court séjour, où un box privé dans la résidence est mis à disposition pour garer sa voiture. Et même 2 vélos gracieusement prêtés ..... A recommander vivement. Et nous y retournerons en début d'année.

Je garde cette adresse dans les favoris, car idéale pour visiter Fontainebleau et pratique pour se rendre à Paris.

Appartement cosy où il ne manque rien. Extérieur très agréable, on se croirait en forêt. Très bien placé : à deux minutes de la forêt, de l’arrêt de bus et proche du centre ville.

Le garage est difficile d’accès mais il a cependant le mérite d’exister. Aussi il est tout à fait facile de se garer dans le quartier.

Les bouilloires très entartrées Dépôt alimentaire sur certaines assiettes Casserole usée et non utilisable Présentation de sachet de thé non consommable (sachet desséché et vieux lorsque l'emballage l'emballage) Nécessite un peu plus de rigueur. Garage inaccessible : exigu pour un véhicule moyen. Ok pour toute petite voiture.

Très bon séjour, appartement confortable et bien situé pour partir à la découverte de Fontainebleau comme de sa forêt, à quelques mètres. Les indications de l’hôte sont claires et précises, l’appartement est conforme aux attentes. Literie très confortable, appartement bien équipé.

Parking trop exigu pour une voiture moyenne (308). Fort heureusement aucune difficulté pour se garer dans le quartier. Batterie de cuisine vétuste, vaisselle partiellement nettoyée, pour le reste appartement bien équipé, propre et soigné. Boite à clef difficile d’accès.

De privacy, de tuin, de nabijheid van het centrum. Veel voorzieningen zoals wasmachine, vaatwasser, ventilator. Dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen.

Appartement was lastig te vinden. Toch gevonden door de instructies ( helaas in het Frans) van de verhuurster.

Bequem für zwei Nächte

Die Lage in der Natur war schön und die Stille in der Wohnung hat uns gefallen. Die Wohnung lag sehr nah an einer Tankstelle. Wir bekamen Bettdecken, Handtücher und Küchentücher inklusive. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir blieben nur zwei Nächte, also konnten wir nicht viel dazu sagen.

Wir haben nur Kontakt mit der Besitzerin per Nachricht gehabt. Der Garagenstellplatz war nur groß genug für ein kleines Auto wie ein Smart, obwohl die Garage in der Beschreibung gelobt wurde. Mein mittelgroßes Auto, ein Citroën C3, konnte nicht hinein passen. Deshalb musste ich einen halben Kilometer entfernt parken. Die Schublade des Beistelltisches war bereit auseinander zu fallen, als ich sie öffnete.

Petit pied à terre agréable pour visiter Fontainebleau.

La présence d'un petit jardin est appréciable. Il ne manque rien dans le logement. C'est très propre. Si on marche un peu (2km) on peut se rendre au château de Fontainebleau à pieds. Le centre est vite accessible aussi.

Immeuble pas très bien insonorisé. Mais très calme le soir.

Séjour de seulement une journée, mais ce logement est agréable et bien situé pour aller se ballader.

L'aménagement, le mobilier, l'équipement de manière générale sont appréciables. L'accès à un petit jardin car au rez de chaussée. Le cadre de la résidence est agréable. Il y a même des vélos prêtés et la possibilité de garer sa voiture, mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter en 1 jour.

Impossible de régler le chauffage et nous aurions souhaiter le baisser un peu. Les cloisons avec les appartements voisins laissent passer un peu les bruits, mais pas au point de devenir gênant pour dormir.
