The apartment was great, eith a very central location.
The apartment was clean and tidy, really liked that the host left a little set with, shampoo, douche and soap.
Would’ve liked a broom so we could sweep up before leaving.

Lovely studio close to the center of Fontainebleau
Very responsive and accommodating host. The studio apartment is a nice size and has all the necessary amenities for a couple. The location is relatively close to the town center.

Small, fully equipped studio for a couple, spotlessly clean and close to the centre of town - v nice
Studio is excellent for the purpose - very clean and tidy, small but fully equipped kitchen, Property is on the first floor, but there is a locked door at ground level (bottom of the entrance stairs) as well as the Studio's own front door (on the first floor level) so very secure. The Studio is situated about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and chateau, so very conveniently placed.
Nothing really - although visiting in February, the one thing we couldn't find was an instruction book for the heaters - we managed to turn them on when needed but only by over-riding the frost thermostat settings. which then reverted after a period of time.

Gelegen in een donker luguber steegje
De accommodatie ligt in een steeg waar het in de avond aardedonker is. Er is geen licht dus je moet al met een zaklamp schijnen om te kijken waar je loopt. Als je om de hoek komt, zou er een licht moeten aanspringen, maar dat deed het niet dus kortom in het aardedonker in een luguber steegje naar de voordeur lopen. De accomodatie is verder hetzelfde als op de foto's maar de steeg om er te komen is zodanig onprettig dat ik hier nooit meer zou boeken.

De studio zelf was zeker ok, maar ongelukkig gelegen.
De studio was netjes en goed uitgerust.
De toegang was via een mistroostige onderdoorgang. De studio was heel ingesloten tussen de andere achterhuizen met weinig zicht naar buiten, en was erg gehorig naar lawaai van de buren toe.

Guter Renovierungszustand, gute Küche, modernes Bad. Bis auf die Fenster sauber.
Habe schlecht geschlafen, weil sich der Raum nicht verdunkeln lässt. Rollo beim Fenster neben dem Bett fehlte (demontiert weil kaputt, für Eigentümer kein dringendes Problem) zudem Licht aus der Küche durch die Glastür zum Schlafbereich. Internet und TV zeitweilig ausgefallen. Eigentümer zunächst nicht hilfreich mit sinnlosen Nachrichten. Zugang über heruntergekommen Hinterhof. Abends unbeleuchtet. Lage etwas dezentral. Fenster lange nicht geputzt.
