Nice once we were able to get inside!

Attractive apartment with parking underneath, lovely balcony. Well fitted and equipped. WiFi good.

Unfortunately the host did not send us the link to find and get into the apartment in a timely manner and by the time we got it we'd already been there an hour, parked in the wrong place and causing annoyance!! When we did receive the link we were unable to open it properly on our phones. Fortunately a helpful flat owner gave us the code to the outer door and then we were able to access the keys. Something that should have been so simple caused us a lot of stress. The apartment has 3 wardrobes but the biggest two were locked, obviously for the owners possessions, so we were left with one very narrow one to cram all our clothes, suitcase etc. into. The details state there is Netflix etc available but we were not able to access it although I have a package. There were only a few French channels, no Sport or international news.

We had a fabulous stay!

excellent location, quiet yet it is right next to the Main Street. The property provides private parking which is very handy for those who gets to the location by driving their own car. the apartment is very cute and cozy equipped with all amenities necessary for short stay. I love the electric blinds which completely block out the sun for our 3 year old daughter’s day naps and night sleep while the sun is still up.

I didn’t have anything that I don’t like, if I have to really pick on one thing which the property can improve is the drainage in the bath tub, the water goes relatively slow during shower.

Very good location. Private parking is very helpful. The apartment is attractively furnished, well equipped and comfortable.

The booking process was extremely burdensome, complex and lengthy - over the top for a two-night stay. Final instructions for accessing the property arrived very late, as we were driving to the address, and not in a position to look at them. Detailed instructions are displayed on a phone screen as a series of tiny, badly organised photographs which can’t be enlarged. Again, there’s a lot of detail to digest, some of it not very clear. Part of the access involves phoning for a code on arrival, which is VERY awkward if you have come by car, as there is nowhere convenient to stop while you try to make contact. Mobile phone reception is poor at the entrance to the property, so phoning for the code is difficult.

Location to attractions and shops. The balcony was nice. The facilities in the flat were good. Yadi was responsive when I left a message asking how to get in. The location of the flat meant it was close to everything but really quiet.

The covering on the mattress made you really hot due to the fabric it was made from. The instructions to find how to get in are difficult even with photos. If you have your car, the entrance to the underground garage is in a small cul-de-sac and you need the remote control to open the garage door which is with the keys and it is difficult to leave your car anywhere to go and get the keys

Small apartment jewel in an excellent location of the town.

The location of this small apartment/studio right in the centre of Fontainebleau is excellent, close to shops, French market around the corner Thursdays and Sundays, 200 mtr from the famous Chateau or to the woods. The studio has everything, from kitchen to bathroom very complete, and with a balcony. Private interior parking under the apartment is a welcome extra. Very friendly consierge, just to welcome you.

There was nothing not to like. Although we missed an explanatory how to deal with the television.

Bon emplacement pour visiter . Immeuble calme appartement agréable et confortable. Place de stationnement appréciée.

3e séjour visite de notre famille. Message pour obtenir le code de la boîte à clé arrivé tardivement. Un simple message serait plus facile , puisque nous avons déjà le code porte lors de l’enregistrement. Vérifier après départ des précédents voyageurs, la propreté couvercle micro-ondes et vaisselle s’il vous plaît. La porte des toilettes difficile à fermer sans bruit la nuit. Précédemment nos notes étaient 10 . note que nous réduisons cette fois-ci mais que nous espérons remettre à 10 la prochaine fois.
