Ok don’t know if I could recommend this apartment in the summertime.

Central location well equipped kitchen.

No air conditioning and we went at the weekend when temperatures were high 20-30. Bedroom was very stuffy so had to sleep in living room one night. Was noisy until about 2 in the morning. Stairs to bedroom were very dangerous, pillow was lumpy, windows dirty. Just think a bit more attention to detail required for the price we paid we expected more.

Coveninent apartment in the center of Forntaineblau.

Keys were on a locked box. Super easy and very well explained with their app, step by step. The apartment is very convenient and super central. It has a living room with small table, kitchen and bedroom upstairs. It has a good shower and separate toilet. Velux windows close very well so you don't hear any noise from the outside bars. There is a small ventilator next to the bed, which we actually needed. The appartment is on a 3rd floor without elevator, which was fine for us.

The bedroom was on an upper floor with a steep and noisy set of stairs. The home was clean but they had missed some dirty corners in the living room, around the bed and the outside of the windows and sils. Regarding linens, the shower towels were quite hard, there was no hand towel and the bedsheet were torn. The bathroom wall socket next to the mirror did not work for us. But there is one on the hallway, close enough to dry your hair and see yourself in the mirror, but not convenient.

Good location (200 m from the château), good public transport (bus stop just outside, frequent trains to Paris), clean apartment, recently done with sufficient plugs etc. Though busy street, no noise disturbance

Stairs - narrow and small to reach the apartment with luggage, inside the apartment hazardous to reach the mezzanine (especially at descent). Would have appreciated a full toilet paper roll at arrival (no reserve roll to be found)!

Comfortable, great location, no bikes as listed

Easy self check-in. Kitchen had lots of extra bits which were useful (butter, sugar, coffee, oil, etc.). Location was fantastic - in the middle of town, five mins walk from the chateau and a bus stop right outside to take you to the train station.

We booked this place solely because it offered free bikes (literally the first line of their listing when we booked) and we were going to be cycling for climbing. We requested the bikes and the host said that travellers had broken them "some months ago" and we could hire them from the local shop. The local shop had run out due to it being Easter, which meant we couldn't reach the boulders we wanted to. The host needs to remove this information about bikes included, as it is a big draw for visiting climbers and it's disingenuous.

Very clean room and a convenient location. Reliable wifi with a lot of space. Good for a work trip.

It was very loud on the street next to the room, due to busy late night restaurants and all the busses and trucks that use that road, and I wasn’t expecting this. It was not ideal for a light sleeper. Also the kitchen was well stocked but there was no shampoo/condition etc in the bathroom. It also wasn’t clear how to use the laundry facilities or if they were available, which would have been very useful. 24 hour response time for the hosts.
