Pas d'eau chaude dans le logement et aucune aide de l'hôte !
Emplacement (20min à pied du château de Fontainebleau, 10min à pied du centre ville commerçant)
Pas d'eau chaude !!! Nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher ! Aucun contact direct avec le propriétaire qui n'a jamais répondu aux messages. Communication uniquement par messages préprogrammés criblés de smileys et problème non solutionné. Nous avons été très en colère et le Service Clients Booking nous a royalement gratifiés d'un dédommagement de 10€ ! ça ne compense pas l'inconfort de n'avoir pas eu accès à l'hygiène la plus élémentaire ni aucun secours de la part de l'hôte.
