We loved Fontainbleu

Great location in front of the market, Lovely town location near the palace, restaurants and cafes. The apartment worked well for a family stay. They were very helpful when we left an item behind 🙏🏽

No garden!! TV did not work. No instructions in property. Tried for ages. Sofa bed filthy dirty with big stains snd marks. Kitchen dining chairs filthy with stains, disgusting. Had to cover with pillowcases. Sofa bed uncomfortable! No bedding only sheets. Had to cover with towels. No coffee pods for special machine. Very disappointing. Advert misleading on booking.com. Do not recommend. Totally OVERPRICED!!!!

The property was smack-dab in the center for all that Fontainebleau has to offer! We were within biking distance to the forest, walking distance to the castle and so so so close to so many great eateries. The property was so clean, and it was almost like entering Naria with how quiet and removed from the bustle of the town it felt back in the section with the apartment. It was private and so peaceful, and there was so much space in the apartment!

Location is fantastic, right in the center, walking distance from chateau, restaurants, supermarkets and across from tourist information. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom has window, plenty hot water. Great Wifi We travel on bicycles and there was a secure covered spot for them.

Really disappointed. Rude host. Never again.

The location is great, close to a market and a bus station. We had a washing machine. The bed was ok. Nothing else good to say.

When we arrived we realised communication would be an issue as the host would only respond in french and we do not know french. As we were washing ourselves we realised the tap water in the bathroom takes a while to heat up and has a "sweet spot", otherwise it is freezing cold. When we had a shower the water was extremely hot, but after using it for a longer period it becomes ice cold and does not come back.. so we had to wait an hour and wash ourselves again. The fridge did not work.. but we realised that only after a few days so until that all our food was spoiled so we had to throw it away. After we left the host accused us of ruining his sink table top with water spots... shouldn't it be waterproof in the first place..? It's a bathroom sink, water will spill out... After a few more rude comments we ended our conversation. He complained about the state of the apartment, but we took out the trash, washed the dishes, pillow cases and towels. We also used the vacuum cleaner. The only thing we didn't do was the bed. I've never seen such unfounded and aggressive claims.

Location was excellent the apartment had everything you need for a short stay.

The apartment was really cold. There was a small.heater which took a day to warm the apartment up. The fridge ice compartment was really full of ice and needed cleaning. Also we didnt like the fact that you had to have steps to get in bed.

Cozy - fun - relaxing - we loved it

There is a Boulanger right next door so breakfast was easy, small kitchen also provided us with the opportunity to prep breakfast and meals. Very cosy and stylish apartment that proviees quite a lot of facilities. Pet friendly :-D

La localització.

Faltava roba de llit adequada i la neteja hauria de millorar. Tampoc hi havia coixi per dormir al sofà llit, a part era molt incomode. L’aixeta del bany estava trencada totalment (inultilizada), no ens van avisar i tampoc ho van arreglar al mateix dia, quan nosaltres vam avisar al propietari només ens va dir que havia estat el mateix dia que vam entrar.

Emplacement parfait

Appartement pas propre. Évier et sanitaire ( lavabo et douche) bouchés WC non récurés et brosse WC sale Sol ni balayé ni lavé, table non nettoyée (miettes et tâche de gras) équipement cuisine et vaisselle plus que douteux... Aliments laissés dans le frigo !!! Depuis quand je ne peux le dire... Signalé au propriétaire mais rien n'a bougé... Je n'ai fait qu'y dormir ( dans mon sac de couchage de surcroît) et suis vite partie. J'avais espéré un remboursement des frais de ménage( 45 euros quand même) pour compenser le minimum que j'ai dû faire pour avoir ne serait ce qu'un peu de confort au moins dans les sanitaires (2 h pour ne plus avoir de poils qui refoulaient dans les bondes et pour pouvoir uriner sereinement) mais non! C'est dommage cet appart à du potentiel et est idéalement situé mais je ne le conseille pas

Petit studio à la fois moderne et cosy, idéalement situé au cœur de Fontainebleau. L'emplacement est très calme. L'appartement est très propre, bien agencé et avec toutes les commodités. Un autre point positif est que l'hôte est très prévenant! Je recommande l'Atelier de Fontainebleau !

Ruhige gut gelegene Wohnung mit kleinen Macken

Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Marktplatz ist ideal. Da sie im „Hinterhof“ liegt, war es auch sehr ruhig. Insgesamt war die Wohnung auch sauber und obwohl nicht sehr groß doch gut aufgeteilt.

Der Eingangsbereich bevor man in die Wohnung gelangt war sehr schmutzig und wohl seit Wochen (wenn überhaupt) nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist sehr steil und schmal. Wenn man gut kochen möchte, wird es schwierig. Die Küche ist etwas dürftig eingerichtet und die Geräte teilweise nicht gut gereinigt. Wir haben dies dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und hoffen für nachfolgende Gäste auf Verbesserung ;)
