Fully equipped apartment, great location and quiet.

The space, location, fully complete equipped place. Also very quiet and relaxing. Stayed with 3 people. Highly recommended for your stay in Fontainebleau and Paris. Next time I will book again at the Cocon Royal.

Well located and well equipped.

The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions I needed. The apartment is close to Insead and also close to the restaurants and small supermarkets. It has all the equipment needed for one person. Wifi works perfectly as well as heaters and shower.

Séjour agréable pour un court passage.

Emplacement central. L'appartement est idéalement situé. La pièce à vivre est cosy. Conciergerie très réactive.

Peu d'isolation phonique. Pas de porte pour séparer cuisine et pièce à vivre (l'encadrement était pourtant présent).

ロケーションは良かった。部屋の外（階段）は、古くて汚いが、部屋の中は快適。

鍵を開けるのに30分かかった。鍵が３つあり、どの鍵がどのドアかわからず、担当者２人に連絡したが、返事がなく本当に困った。鍵に番号がついていたら問題は、なかったかもしれない。それから部屋は３階にあり、狭くて古い階段を荷物をもって上がらなければならない。こういうスタイルに慣れている人にはいいが、この値段でこのレベルの宿泊は残念としか言いようがない。エアコンがない。猛暑だった。

Parfait! et plein centre super lumineux !

Tout était parfait, appartement super lumineux à deux minutes du château et à 5 d’un endroit parfait et immense pour balader les chiens ! En plein centre autour des bar et restau je n’hésiterai pas à revenir !!! J’ai même prolonge d’une nuit tellement j’étais super bien dans cet appartement !

Un séjour très agréable !

L’appartement est très bien situé dans le centre. Possibilité d’aller à pied au château, à l’insead. Toutes les commodités sont proches. Calme, très propre et très bien équipé, j’ai passé un très bon moment dans ce petit cocon. Les instructions reçues étaient très claires pour arriver au logement et en profiter pleinement.

Très pratique et très propre

Super localisation. Appartement joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Parfait échange avec les loueurs qui nous ont recommandé des commerces et restaurants dans le quartier.

Le frigo (situé à 3 mètres du lit, sans porte entre la cuisine et la chambre) est un peu bruyant, nous avons dû le débrancher pendant la nuit.
