Great location and has everything you need
We had a really nice stay, the apartment has a superb location and all the things you need are there (kitchen, utilities, furniture, room for the kids) and it’s beautiful.
It was not clean. The bedsheets were very smelly / not washed, towels also smelly, there is black mould in the shower and we had to vacuum clean (and clean the vacuum cleaner as it was full of dust already), we also found a piece of broken glass under the sofa. We were there with kids so the floors need to be clean and safe.

Agréable séjour.
Appartement très bien placé dans un immeuble calme.Confortable,bien meublé et propre.
Une des housses de couettes pas repassée donc très froissée.

Emplacement parfait, très calme, mais quelques points de vigilance
L’emplacement est parfait pour la visite du château ( quelques minutes à pied), et aux pieds du bus 3401 qui va à la gare. Il se situe au 1er étage L’appartement est très propre, le check-in est simple (boite à clés). Le double fenestrage + double vitrage rend l’appartement très calme, même s’il donne sur la rue. Tres bien pensé ! Il est très bien équipé, pourtant je n’ai pas mis la meilleure note à cause des plaques de cuisson qui n’ont pas fonctionné. Donc meme avec une cuisine, il faut prévoir une solution extérieure pour manger, et ce n’était pas notre souhait. La literie est moyennement confortable, et c’est difficile d’avoir du chauffage dans la salle de bain. En plein hiver, c’est gênant pour moi.

Bon logement bien placé, un effort à faire sur le ménage
La situation de l'appartement, la clarté des explications de la conciergerie et leur réactivité face aux questions.
La propreté est un peu limitée. Le rideau de douche sale, le mini four plein de miettes, le couvercle de la poubelle sale. Et pensez s'il vous plaît a passer un coup sur la table en verre car ça se voit de suite quand c'est pas fait. Et aussi faites quelque chose pour cette ventilation de salle de bain, bruit infernal.
