Bei Betrieb der Klimageräte muss auf ausreichende Nachströmung von Außenluft geachtet werden, da ansonsten zeitweise Luft aus den Siphons angesaugt wird. Grund dafür ist wohl der Macerator der Toilette, welcher teilweise die Luft aus den Siphons ansaugt. Der Toilettenraum ist etwas schmal und die Toilettentür ist nicht abschließbar Badezimmertür zum Elternschlafzimmer ist verzogen und lässt sich nicht verschließen - schwenkt alleine wieder auf. Nur mittels Wischmop konnte diese geschlossen gehalten werden.

Die Stiege zur Wohnung ist steil (aber normal für ein älteres Hause)

L appartement est très bien positionne en centre ville. A Proximité du château. Il a été refait récemment , propre et bien équipé. Une supérette à proximité .

Pas de rideau entre l escalier et la chambre du bas. Manque de chaise notamment pour déposer les vêtements dans les chambres.

The location was great and the apartment was clean and cosy. Great for (small) families for a stay in Fontainebleau!

Unfortunately, the facilities were not great for our stay with a group of 5 friends. Weirdly there is a window looking into one of the bedrooms from the hallway, and none of the locks on the doors work. So there is little privacy. The kitchen facilities were quite minimal, with enough plates and some pans (without lids). But there were no bowls and a half functioning coffee machine. The boiler was too small for 5 people to shower, so the last people always only had cold water. We were nicely helped by the host to try to resolve this. However the heating time still took quite long, so it still wasn't super practical.
