This apartment ad is deceptive lie and this should not be rented as is, at this price
We liked the location, parking space for the car and the garden.
We were very disappointed with this apartment. When we arrived, it was cold and the home automation system wouldn't let us turn it on, all the sheets were turned inside out and the one in double bedroom smelled unpleasantly as if they hadn't been changed, and one of our children didn't even have a pillowcase. The bathroom was in a state of obvious filth: the door handle was coming off, the shower had a strong sewer smell, and the master bedroom closet was impregnated with a persistent odor, the floor was dirty and sticky, the wardrobe in the double room smelled like an old cellar. At least 4 electrical outlets were unhooked from the wall (living room, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom) with a loose contact in the one in the double bedroom. The kitchen drawers, fridge and dishes were dirty. For an apartment advertised at this price, which includes a €65 cleaning fee, these conditions are unacceptable. The proposed solution (changing the sheets) was the bare minimum, but the housekeeper never came. Beyond the physical discomfort and the general impression of neglect, our entire stay was ruined. We were attending an important event at INSEAD, and instead of fully enjoying it, we had to deal with mediocre accommodations that fell far short of what the ad promised. In all fairness, I believe this ad is deceptive lie and this apartment should not be rented as is. At this price, decent accommodation is the minimum expected. We are still waiting for a response from booking for a refund.

Très déçu. Un seul point positif : la localisation
La localisation : tout se fait à pied.
Réservé pour 7 personnes : 4 fourchettes ! Le propriétaire, difficile à joindre, nous a indiqué que la femme de ménage en apporterait. Nous les attendons encore !! Nous avons dû aller en acheter. Idem pour les bols. Il manquait aussi des serviettes de toilette, que l'on ne nous a apporté non plus. 3 poignées de portes ne tenaient pas et restaient dans les mains. Meubles cuisine en triste état - des vis pour rafistoler. Et portes bien grasses ! Propreté : vaisselle douteuse. Nous avons tout relavé. Pas de hotte aspirante. Douche bouchée. Ne demande qu'à déborder sur le carrelage ! Attention : c'est dans une ancienne résidence type HLM. La porte d'entrée ne ferme plus.

Super, je recommande!
L’appartement était très agréable, propre, spacieux et décoré avec goût, vu et accès direct à un joli jardin emmuré, le tout au Centre ville et à 5 min à pied du Château. Nous avons beaucoup aimé et j’espère y pouvoir retourner lors de mon prochain séjour à Fontainebleau.

Agréable séjour à FONTAINEBLEAU
Logement très propre, fonctionnel et lumineux. Accès au jardin est un vrai plus quand il fait beau.
Malgré notre demande par message la veille de notre arrivée, les modalités d'accès à l'appartement nous ont été communiquées trop tard, nous étions déjà sur place... Après plusieurs échanges par messages, nous avons enfin réussi à avoir un contact téléphonique. Mais nous avons du attendre de valider le versement d'un dépôt de garantie (non annoncé) pour obtenir les codes d'accès de l'immeuble et de la porte.
