If you are visiting Fontainebleau then this is an ideal location & facilities.

LOcation and facilities were all to my liking.

There were no cupboards in the bedrooms to hand my business clothes.

La situation géographique: très proche du centre ville de Fontainebleau et du château. Literie confortable. Stationnement facile.

Très décevant

Bon emplacement, vues dégagées

Cet appartement ne mérite absolument pas la note moyenne attribuée. Logement vétuste, pas de confort, mal agencé, pas assez de meubles (manque une table basse, des placards dans les chambres, des verres). 4 verres seulement. Pas de verre à vin, un seul PQ pour 4 pour tout le week-end. Aucune communication avec le propriétaire, que des mails automatiques insipides. Chauffage difficile à régler (chaleur étouffante dans les chambres en plein mois de janvier). Canapé lit très inconfortable, voir photos. C’est comme si on ne se mettait pas à la place des visiteurs.

L’emplacement est idéal et les places de stationnement sont non payantes dans ce quartier. Bien équipé. Literie confortable. Instructions pour l’arrivée et le départ très complètes.

Séjour agréable en famille

Appartement propre , une jolie décoration et fonctionnel . Pour une famille avec 3 enfants nous étions à l’aise . Bien situé dans Fontainebleau, très proche des commodités et des lieux à visiter. La quartier est très calme, il n’y a pas de bruits .

Много места (для двоих), тихо, балкон с хорошим видом, большой холодильник, предусмотрен чай и кофе на первое время, отдельный от душа туалет. Большие и удобные кровати. Идеально для 2-х друзей которые хотят спать в отдельных комнатах, поскольку цена, как за односпальную квартиру, хотя и 2 пары тоже поместятся, если ненадолго. Не очень далеко от дворца.

Отсутствие лифта, а этаж довольно высокий. Кодовый замок на входной двери не очевидный - потратили много времени чтобы с ним разобраться. Показалось, что хозяин забыл сменить постельное белье - пришлось его вывернуть и спать на изнанке. Чайник для кипячения очень маленький. Были проблемы с интернетом: нам так и не удалось им воспользоваться, хозяин очень старался все поправить, но нам это не помогло. Трудно проветривать поскольку рамы не фиксируются и хлопают от сквозняков.

Les espaces communs pas très propres. Le sol du logement pas tres propre et la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas.
