About this apartment rental
High brightness and stunning rooftop views of Fontainebleau from the living-dining room. Fully equipped, in the center of Fontainebleau, quiet street and close to all the shops on foot, 5 minutes walk from the castle and 10 minutes from INSEAD. Street popular with calm and close to everything.
The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated January 20, 2017.
A large bedroom and a large living room with more than 3 meters 50 high ceiling in the living-dining room.
Large comfortable bed and 2 comfortable single beds.
The rental rate includes WIFI Broadband. In the room you will find bed linen and clean beds duvet covers. In the bath room, a towel for each person, and hair dryers are available.
In the kitchen is a microwave oven, refrigerator and freeze 4 *, two hotplates, a toaster and a small oven. There is also a kitchen background that I thank you renew if you use it.
It is possible to park in the street or in the closed parking Market located in the Republic Square 400 meters from the apartment and costs 28 € for 7 days.
Very attentive to your comfort, it is expected the apartment to be left in the same state of cleanliness at the entrance to the premises. Otherwise, a sum of € 50 will be deducted from the deposit.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
