Solid accomodation for fair price.

Modern kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood. Clean facilities. Soap was provided. Friendly and helpful owner.

We missed some minor things in the kitchen. You can hear everything thoug the walls. Some mould around the bedroom window.

Enjoyed stay at Fericy

Quiet location. Access to kitchen, sitting room and washing machine. Small courtyard was ideal to store bike.

I was there in heatwave and my room (which was on south side) got hot, but shutters helped. It cooled at night with window open.

the very nice and comfortable kitchen was not sufficiently equipped with good cooking pots, coffeemaker, teapot, kettle, an available cupboard in the kitchen to store your food. Privat Parking not available Temporary prob: the last 3 days the neighbours ( 4 neighbours!!! ) started working at 6 in the morning (!!) working on their houses....

Bel appartement,dans un coin tranquille , à part l'hygiène à améliorer,rien à dire,je recommande

Trop de restriction,par exemple au niveau du congélateur,en plein été impossible de garder des glaçons ou des glaces par exemple.

Intérieur et rapport humain décevant dans un environnement calme et plaisant, je déconseille!

L'état de saleté général dans lequel était l'appartement, le manque de chauffage, le four inutilisable compte tenu de son état intérieur et des plaques de cuissons (près de 1/2 cm de gras au fond...) et pour finir, malgré avoir signalé m'ensemble au propriétaire, l'attitude de ce dernier nous ayant indiqué que si nous souhaitions du propre chauffé, il fallait regarder les hôtels plutôt que son gîte... dommage...

Très beau gîte entièrement neuf, propreté, équipements, tout est nickel ! L'organisation et la communication avec le propriétaire est simple et fluide! Nous étions en WE de travail mais le sauna a été très apprécié! Je recommande+++
