The location of this apartment is fantastic. Close to two metro stations so it was easy to get around the city.
I didn’t like the shower because the water from the shower went onto a raised platform right beside the shower that you had to step on to get out. The water made that flooring very slippery and what I would consider dangerous. We placed a bath mat there but it was sopping wet after a shower. It would have been nice to have a sink plug to do the small amount of dishes we used. We ended up using a large pot and filling it with water and soap to wash dishes.

Good location
Apartment requires renovation. Although I’ve asked about small repairs still I could not open doors to the terrace, shower doors were falling apart.
