Location very central. Room quiet at night, located on 7th floor, could not hear traffic or noise from the street below. Room cleaned daily. Staff very helpful. Each side of the building had cafes providing beautiful croissants & pastries Mini Market in close proximity also & Scobys irish pub across the road.
Lift in the building wasn't always operating, there were 2 lifts however. Unsure if the air con in the room worked. We tried it one of the nights, it didn't appear to work but that may have been something we weren't doing correctly.

We liked the location close to Placa Cataluna / Placa Universidad. We also liked the friendliness of the man who welcomed us after midnight at arrival. We appreciated the daily refill of coffee pads as well as the water.
The loud noise from the street and the vibrations from the metro. The room was very functional, no Charme and the bed „hung through/over used“ thus not comfortable. Matras needs urgent replacements
