I had a wonderful stay at Ako Suite Hotel. The staff were exceptional - friendly, professional and charming - special mention to Juan! The room was perfect for my needs - very clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. I needed an iron and one was brought to my room which was super helpful. The cleaning team were also wonderful. The location is excellent and I found I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go.
There isn't anything to not like - the staff were approachable and anything that would have been a problem would have been dealt with.

I don't like the see-through glass toilet and shawer. The carpet smells bad.
