Convenience, close to main tourist attractions
Bed for me is too hard, I sleep on the side I get up waken up several times at night due to had bed

Great location, fantastic facilities, tasty breakfast with lots of variety. Joaquin and his team are very friendly and helpful. I do appreciate their excellent service during my stay.

Front desk is great. Carlos is fantastic! Watched him during the rush of a check in, managing different languages and personalities. He did it with patience, kindness, humor and a smile.
Great views! Great AC. Great shower.
Sky bar was fun with solid drinks, nice outdoor space.
Pool was surprisingly small for a big hotel but it was refreshing. I liked it. Unfortunately there isn’t much seating near the pool…more seating around the bend but away from pool.
Location location location…perfect…so much to eat, drink, shop within blocks. Metro is super close, taxis are easy to catch out front, but of course walking is best option to see and feel the city.
Spa is excellent. Unfortunately at times a lot of women and a lot of loud talking. And I love both, just prefer my spa visit in a gay hotel to be quiet and relaxing. Spa massage was good but definitely too much oil.

Good location.
Restaurant only served Such food no choice had to find a restaurant outside hotel. Had no TV first day of stay didn’t fix it until end of second day.
