Loved the location and staff - they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable- loved the tea and coffee and information- very cosy place to stay

Fantastic staff really helpful and lovely. The location is excellent and the room was fair.
We were really disappointed with not being informed about the construction happening right below our room. They worked through the night, every night we were there with some works sounding like they were drilling right into our room. This was not disclosed at all while booking and if it had, we would have gone elsewhere so this was a really big let down for us.
