Its convenient location and spacious room.
All the keys needed for ingress and egress and safe (four) plus card key.
The hotel is more like classic pension with no one permanently at the reception

The location was fantastic.. short walk to shopping area and Rambla.. metro and bus are just around the corner. Breakfast was okay.
The owner was delightful and helpful.
We were upgraded to a brand new apartment which we were grateful for due to the space and the apartment is really beautiful but because it’s new there were alot of teething issues.
No AC on our first night… the owner however was very helpful and sorted this out but then the apartment started having leakage issues which the owner then again sorted it out but this also meant that we didn’t have a peaceful stress less holiday as we had to keep getting issues solved.
The closet light kept going on and off by itself so we couldn’t sleep well.
We would have just preferred to be given the room we booked without any issues.
