The staff in this hotel are extremely kind and really go above and beyond to help with any guest questions or requirements. I was waiting for some friends to arrive after checking out and they kindly accommodated a late checkout until 12 and let me use the swimming pool and rooftop area. The bed was comfortable and the bath was a real treat. The area is also super nice with great cafes and restaurants nearby
The room could have been slightly cleaner. There was some marks on the mirror and stains on the floor but nothing too serious

The location was wonderful, right by many sightseeing options and right on the Metro and bus line. Many restraunt options, the room was huge, so offered good space for me and my friend to share. The pooll area was very nice too!
I would have liked the option to open more then one window. There are no drawers to unpack my suitcase, the shelves were a decent option, but I dont like my clothes out in the open.

We were far from the center of the city and that was an issue. The air conditioner was ort working well. The entire place especially the room smelled like a sewer problem.
The location, the room quality with the air conditioner and the smell of the room.
