Clean spacious and great location

It was clean, near to the L1 metro station and fairly close to few cafes for breakfast/brunch.

There was a taped electric lock on the main door which did not feel very safe. The bed in the master bedroom is not convenient and it makes sounds whenever you move. The bathroom was extremely small making it uncomfortable. The shower door does not seal and the water is flooding the room. The trash bin was tiny. The ventilation fan did not work and had mould around it. The sofa in the living room is old and uncomfortable. Also, the dining table chairs need to be replaced before someone falls down. Some of the above comments are repeated by other visitors too, but it seems they’re not being taken into consideration.

The apartment was clean, tidy, good location.

We left the apartment for breakfast at around 9.45 when we returned at 10.30 to collect our bags we could not get into the apartment. No one was replying to any messages we sent. In the end we called the 'emergency too much noise ' phone number who let us back in. We assumed we would be able to come and go up until the check out time of 11am. It wasn't clear when booking the bag storage was in a different location, around 20min walk away.

It's in a central location, so you can reach everything on foot. It's also close to the metro.

The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed, but it's broken, making it both uncomfortable and constantly noisy. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was dirty. Cleanliness isn't a priority. Reviews said it was very clean, but it wasn't. It needs a more thorough and proper cleaning.
