    The hotel might be in a good location but not really the best, but I'd prefer to go somewhere a bit further away than stay here again. The breakfast was very limited and they didn’t refill the food unless you told them to. The description of the room on the website is completely different from what you actually get—they must update it. The room smelled of smoke/cigarettes. The room is supposed to be 26 m², but in reality, the space is very limited and poorly distributed, making it feel and look much smaller . Definitely not valuable for money.

    We liked our room and the AC worked well. Room was cleaned very well daily. Very good access to transportation and nice restaurants, market, etc.

    Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing. On my second day, my room had not been cleaned at all, which was unacceptable. There was also no kettle in the room, so I couldn’t even make a cup of tea. When I reported the issue, the staff member I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, rather than apologetic or willing to resolve the problem. To make matters worse, the shower was broken, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the poor room condition, broken facilities and rude customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I expected much better from this hotel and would not recommend it based on my stay.
