excellent choice if going to an event at the Arena

Very convenient for La Defense Arena. 15 minute walk to La Defense shopping and Arche. A few minutes walk from nearest train station. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Mainly a business district - would probably not choose to stay there if visiting central Paris

Modern hotel with nice things like chilled water available, coffee machines, and snacks. Clean and stylish decor.

Breakfast was expensive (80 euros for two of us to have breakfast two days) and the staff didn’t speak very good English, making requests more difficult (such as requesting a hair dryer, which never arrived despite going down to reception & calling etc)

Easy acess to the arena and failry new and clean hotel. It was a pleasant stay.

The location as it was just 4 mins walk to the La Défense arena. The Interior of the room and the facilities was though-through and I liked the environmental friendly policies. Also I enjoyed the good range of breakfast options.

Water pressure of the shower was a little weak and the water was not draining fast enough in the shower. Also, there was water dripping noise from the loo which seemed require a bit of maintenance.

2 night stay for work

The hotel was modern and clean. The club room open 24h was a great touch, with free drinks and snacks

The air-conditioning was sub par. It was an incredibly hot stay and there was no cool air in the rooms. In the morning the noise of trains could be heard quite a bit and could be disturbing.

A modern hotel, but the check-in experience and overall atmosphere didn’t meet our expectations

The room was clean and well-maintained. Everything felt tidy and organized. Parking was small but safe. The location is convenient if you're staying in La Défense.

We arrived late and experienced a long wait at check-in. The process was confusing, with several mistakes, and the staff didn’t communicate clearly or provide much help. The room was also quite small, and the overall design felt very industrial and impersonal—not really our style. It seemed like the hotel is targeting a different audience, and we didn’t feel particularly comfortable.

Nice hotel at La Defense area.

Nice hotel. I stayed there second time. So everything was as expected. The shower has a proper stream of hot water. The shampoo and soap are from nice brand. There were many little details that made my stay pleasant.

Very good stay for a hotel close to La Defence

The breakfast was very good. The location also was ok for a place nearby La Defence

I would have preferred more privacy when it comes to shower cabins and bathroom sinks. The door from the cabin was made of transparent glass quite visible to the rest of the room.

On arrival, staff was not able to find my booking . Then they told me they could rebook me . To compensate, I can get breakfast included . I thought it would be all right. The next morning, before check out, i went with my family to breakfast . All staff started staring at me like I was someone stealing something . After breakfast when I came down to hand over the key . I was told I have to pay for the breakfast. I tried to explain that I have been told that breakfast is included by one of your staff member on arrival due to a mistake. But the man on the counter persisted that I have to pay . When I was ready to pay, then a lady staff came and said I was fine to go and don't have to pay anything. Then I left the site very disappointed. Whole way to ferry I drove thinking why did I choose this hotel .My suggestion Beautifull building and good rooms not attracting customer its staff behaviour which matter and in my case I left Very disappointing and unplesent on staff rude behaviour who was not even ready to listen the correct situation .

Apologies to say. Building structure and room attracted me when I booked this hotel, but I left with metal stress whole,my further journey

Very nice and quiet hotel but still very near to a metrostation which takes you anywhere in Paris.

The room is big enough if you only use the hotel for sleeping. If you are someone who wants to spend a long time in the room, then it might be too small for you. The room was very comfy and also very quiet which is what I find most important when sleeping somewhere. From the hotel to the nearby metrostation is only minutes to walk and from there you can easily go to Paris city centre or to Versailles. The room was also very clean and a big pluys is the separate toilet and shower. Usually they are in the same room but here it is nicely separated.

There is not much not to like. People might find it too far away but I think it is OK. Maybe the glass door of the shower is a bit weird. Therefore maybe not the best if you are on your first holiday away with your new love.

Superb

fabulous brand new hotel, extremely high quality interior and the free snacks available at all times was a huge bonus.

The hotel is in la defense so its not exactly a vibrant neighbourhood, very office-y with nothing around, to get back from Paris you have to keep an eye on the RER times or risk paying an expensive taxi

I wouldn’t say it was exactly about the property, but if you are planning going into Paris just take into account that the hotel is about 40 min in car away or 25-30 min using public transport.

We liked the way the hotel tries to be eco friendly. The room was clean, with good facilities and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Liked the fact it was an hour later for the weekend. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Excellent value for money

Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable and clearly newly renovated. The sound proofing was also excellent, I couldn’t hear the road or noise from other rooms.

My shower was hot and cold when using it each day (morning or evening). It wasn’t drastic enough to be uncomfortable but it was one of the only negatives I had. The closest station is a bit of a further walk as the bridge was closed when I was there (around 15 mins). The area does feel safe, but it is fairly quiet around the hotel if walking back at night.
