dining table and chairs broken, so some people in our group had to sit on settee to eat.

Excellent communication from hosts. Good location, good street parking. Good value for what we needed ( family funeral away from home)
Was a bit tired in places. Some areas need a bit tlc.
Bathroom blind dirty/stained & couldn't pull up/down.
Oven needs a new seal? Heat leaked our & took more than double the time to cook things.
Door curtain needed in front downstairs bedroom.
Stairs difficult if your a bit unstable on feet.
