Night stay in Leicester

Nice quiet area at night, so slept well. The shower was powerful enough and hot as you like.

No outside light almost broke my fall with all work stuff from building work garden full of rubble dirty window seal dirty microwave no utensils in any cupboard hob filthy lights on short timer message from person asking me what time I would be leaving when it clearly states on b.com check out 1130 Also furniture very mixed no colour co ordination bed very low and beams on holding mattress did not hold very well No tea or coffee or tv 1 small towel for shower also which leaked on the top also smelt of bad smell drawer all dirty inside as well Would I return def not unless these points be addressed

Cheap and ok for 1 night when you're not there much, so sleep and shower and not much else.

I arrived about 1 hour before the booking in time, the guy was getting the room ready, but let me sit in the kitchen. He was nice and friendly. Also, he didn't mind me leaving 1 hour later than the check out time.

The room was very small, but as it was cheap and I only needed it overnight, that was ok. No kettle or TV in the room, but they were not on the description. The worse part was were the cupboards are fixed on the walls, especially the cupboard over the bed, as I banged my head on it several times, resulting in a massive bruise on my forehead! The room is very basic, but fine for a quick stay. Another negative is that renovations to the house are being done and using power tools on a Sunday morning before 8am and disturbing my sleep, after a late night wasn't good!

It’s £32 for a reason – and that reason is DON’T

I genuinely have low standards, but even I noped out before the night was over The only time I’d ever recommend this place is if you desperately need a bed after a Tinder meet and have literally no shame

£32 of pure chaos (and not in a fun way) Booked a double room, got a single Room was grubby, cleaning chemicals left out like they’d given up halfway through a sentence Shower was mouldy, sink hanging on for dear life, and cupboards looked like IKEA rage quits One cupboard even came with bonus trash piles – because hygiene is clearly optional Building work going on everywhere – back, inside, emotionally Long-term tenants arguing, and one had a drug overdose mid-stay – complete with shouting, sirens, and police Only one key for the whole house, stored outside – perfect if you enjoy gambling with your safety

Stay away

Stay away. The photos of the room have nothing to do with reality. I am uploading photos so people can see. Broken sink, dirty all over, a desk that looked as if it was made from the B&Q leftovers, kitchen "cabinetry" as storage... Absolutely shocking.
