Great place to stay in Skopje

Great apartment to stay in while you visit Skopje. It's on the fourth floor and has lovely views out toward the cross. Well placed for good local restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is lovely and has all the amenities that you would need for a week's stay in Skopje.

The parking is not free - you either pay the owner (10 euro per day) or you park in a paid car park. This was not a deal breaker for us, but - to us anyway - the listing indicated free parking and there definitely no free parking made available to us.

Very good 9.5 apartment

This apartment's bedroom with balcony and green view is perhaps my favourite bedroom ever. Spacious combinded living room and kitchen with quality furniture and kitchen benchtop. Two balconys with good chairs, on each side of the building, enabling me to enjoy fresh air in shadow or sun, is a luxury I can't remember from any other apartment. Convenient walk-in closet, good shower (but small) and comfortable quality floor. I also recommend the good driver for pick-up at the airport.

I rate this 9.5 (=only 5% of apartments on Booking is better). Hence I liked everything. However I can mention: s... l.... o.... w.... e l e v a t o r zzzzz (for me it was much faster to walk the stairs, which I did).

Superb

Big and clean appartement in a cosy area with restaurants and bars nearby. In walking distance to the main attractions in the city: The Old bazar 15 min., the city square 10 min. Two nice balconies. Fully equipped kitchen. Also hairdryer, iron, ironing board etc. The host, Filip, was very helpfull, and we had good contact both prior and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

The only thing - we couldn’t get the hot water in the shower running for more than one bath.

Zeker een aanrader! Ruime leuk appartement en volledig ingericht en de host SUPER!

Contact met Filip was super. Hij reageerde bijna meteen en was zeer behulpzaam echt super! Mooi ingericht. Foto’s klopte prima.Bedden waren waren goed( persoonlijke smaak natuurlijk). Extra kussens aanwezig. Er waren 2 balkonnetjes. Een iets grotere bij de slaapkamer. De keuken was behoorlijk ingericht. De ijskast had een vriesvak. Lift aanwezig. Parkeren was mogelijk voor de accommodatie. Redelijke afstand om te lopen naar de binnenstad. Voor mij was dat ongeveer 15 minuten.

Wat kleine aandachtspunten. De slaapkamer ligt aan de voorkant naast de bar. Wat gehorig maar met de ramen dicht was het goed te doen. Parkeren gaf wat verwarring. Er is een parkeergarage op een 10 tot 15 minuten lopen, waar je per uur betaalt. De locatie krijg je van Filip. Voor de deur kan ook. Je parkeert dan op de “stoep”. Je komt daar vanaf de weg in het midden tussen de paaltjes. De host heeft je nummerbord nodig en regelt voor €10,00 per dag de plek. Er moet wel plaats zijn. Het appartement is in een flat rechts naast de bar/ restaurant. Je krijgt instructies hoe de ingang te vinden. Er is een grote inloopkast met kledingrek, maar geen ruimte met planken voor kleding op te leggen. O ja in de beschrijving staat dat er een hot tub is, maar dat was niet in dit appartement iig. Er is een lift naar de 4de verdieping en nog een kleine trap naar boven.

Wunderbare Wohnung, sehr hell, Weitsicht von beiden Balkonen bis auf die Berge, Sauberkeit sowohl Räume als auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher einfach exzellent, Lage ist perfekt, rundherum sehr gute Lokale und Bauernmarkt, unglaublich freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, für Geschäftsreise ideal!

Alles was die Wohnung betrifft war wunderbar. Es hat nicht zu tun mit der Bewertung der Wohnung und Gastgeber, einfach zur Information: am Wochenende wenn warm und trocken ist, unten im Lokal ist eine Disko bis um 1-2 Uhr nachts, ich habe es gewusst, weil früher schon jemand darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat, es war deswegen erträglich, und für mich war es kein Grund diese wunderbare Wohnung nicht zu nehmen
