Highly recommend if want to see the centar of Skopje

Very spacious, bright apartment with full amenities and nice view. The host was very helpful on giving instructions about the location and entry. The flat is centrally located and 5minutes walk to Macedonia Square. Amazing experience, will be back!

Clean, Modern and Service was Great.

We booked this apartment just two days prior due to an unexpected cancellation from another accommodation, and we were so glad we did. The apartment was very clean, modern, and all the facilities worked perfectly. Self-check-in was seamless, secure, and very modern. Very near the square, which was a plus! The host was extremely nice and accommodating, even allowing us to check out later so we could leave our bags for a while longer. Overall, a great experience, we were very happy with our stay!

The only things that we didn't like were that the lift did not work, and the Wifi was slightly weaker than normal.

Large well furnished apartment

The apartment is large with two bedrooms in addition to the living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It is well furnished, it has everything one needs. Free parking is available next to the apartment. The proprietor is pretty nice.

One of the beds is too soft and rickety. The decor is not the nicest (which is not a big issue, but I think an accomodatiom should look nice for top rating).

Great friendly experience.

Apartment has excellent location, very spacious with all the necessary amenities available for great comfort during stay. Coordination and key less check in were very well done. Our hosts were very friendly even helped us overcome slight perking issues. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable flat in Skopje.

Perfect Location, perfect stay

Perfect location. Perfect instructions. Martin sends every single detail about the house. The house is full of stuff you need. We had a flight in the afternoon, but Martin let us check out late. We don't have a car, so we can not comment about the parking experience. If we travel to Skopie, we will definitely stay at First Choice.

Cleaning is generally OK/God. Bed sheets, towels, etc. are all clean no problem at all. "The cleaning in the kitchen/bathroom can be better". (this is what my wife told me, I don't see any problem :))

Superb

Spacious rooms, clean, host very nice & helpful, good looking building with elevator. Great location with everything you need at short walking distance. It was really pleasant stay.

In the evening we were hearing some of live music from the nearby bar which made our job of putting todler to sleep a little bit difficult. Tip: You have 1 parking spot available for free. If you are arriving with more than one car, just emphasize that to the host.

Ev çok temiz ve rahat. kaloriferli ısıtma çok iyi. Çok merkezi konumda. Heryere rahatça ulaşılabiliyor. Apartman temiz. Ev sahibi Martin çok ilgili.

Otoparkta yer bulmak biraz sıkıntılı ama genelde problem yaşamadık.

Gerçekten gayet güzel bir konaklama oldu

Öncelikle Martin’e misafirperverliğinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum. 1- Yataklar gayet rahattı ve tertemizdi genelde saç tüy olurdu ama burada yoktu. 2-Mutfak eşyaları gerçekten hepsi mevcuttu örneğin tenceresinden süzgeçine kadar hepsi vardı.Buraya gelip kolaylıkla kendi yemeğinizi yapabilirsiniz. 3-Yakın markette mevcuttu ortalama yürüyerek 2-3 dk uzaklıkta. 4-Bebek karyolası vardı ince bir düşünceydi. 5-Çamaşır makinesi süpürge bulaşık makinesi bunların hepsi vardı 6-Araba ile gelecek olanlar için kesinlikle öneririm çünkü kendine ait baya büyük ve rahat bir otopark mevcuttu 7-Dışarıdaki ve iç kapısı şifreliydi gayet güvenlikli özellikle evin kapısı 8-Kışın geldiğimizde petekler gayet güzel yanıyordu ve kolaylıkla üşümezsiniz merkezi sistemle çalışıyor herhalde 9-Terlik mevcuttu 10-Banyosunda şampuanına kadar düşünülmüş ve sıcak suyuda güzel akıyordu. 11- Daire 4. Kattaydı asansör mevcuttu ama biz güvenemediğimiz için kullanmadık çok eski değil

1-Sadece bayanlar tek başına gelirse buralar biraz tenha ona dikkat edebilirler kış için karanlık olduğundan. 2-Terlikler daha kaliteli olabilir 3-Klozetin taharet musluğu mevcut değildi 4- Buzdolabı boş olduğundan çalışmıyordu Buda biraz kötü koku yapıyordu. Bu ufak şeyler göz ardı edilebilir şeylerdi.

Tutto perfetto

Indicazioni per arrivare e per accedervi praticamente perfette, bellissimo appartamento ben arredato in una struttura recente a due passi dal centro, l'appartamento è al 4° piano con ascensore. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato la possibilità di posare i bagagli e di cambiarci i vestiti anche se arrivati al mattino molto prima dell'orario di check-in previsto. Perfetta la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito e se si ha una moto si passa tranquillamente la sbarra senza dover ritirare il biglietto e quindi evitando poi la procedura per uscire senza pagare, inoltre, pagando 10€ c'è anche il garage sotterraneo collegato direttamente all'ingresso del palazzo (per il garage accordarsi con il proprietario perchè serve un telecomando per potervi accedere.) Da consigliare e dovessi ritornare a Skopje ci tornerei sicuramente.

Konum olarak harika bir yerde. Gezilmesi gereken her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Aracı ile seyahat edenler için ücretsiz park yeri mevcut. Martin ve babası çok ilgililer her konuda en kısa sürede cevap verdiler ve park konusunda bize ekstradan yardımcı oldular.

Asansörü var fakat çalışmıyor. Ev dördüncü katta olduğu için çıkıp inmesi biraz zorlayabilir.
