Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay, in particular, the perfect location, few minutes walk to main square, ten minutes to old bazaar, close to restaurants, convenience stores etc Apartment itself is recently renovated and fitted the 5 of us comfortably. The washing machine and the extra half bathroom too was really handy for us. We hired a car so access to the parking was very convenient! Tanya the host was very hospitable, friendly and very helpful, she gave us plenty of recommendations which really complimented our stay.

Wonderful apartment that exceeded expectations

Having spent weeks in the Balkans and stayed in lots of apartments I can wholeheartedly say that Green Paradise apartment in Skopje was by far the best. The apartment is large and stylishly furnished, with a bathroom, two bedrooms and two toilets. And a large covered terrace / balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, water cooker and dish washer (which we didn’t use). Eighth floor with elevator. The free parking is nearby. And the host is a most pleasant woman who assisted us with everything we needed. I could have easily stayed in this apartment for a month or longer — which does not apply to a lot of other rent-out apartments. Definitely worth the money.

Scelta consigliata per Skopje

Appartamento grande e accogliente, corrispondente alle foto. Posizione comodissima per arrivare in centro a piedi, in circa 10/15 minuti e ben servita da locali e supermercati vicino casa. Ci sono due camere da letto comode. Avere un bagno completo con doccia e un bagno con lavandino e wc rende questa casa ancora più interessante e comoda, nel caso di condivisione. Cucina ben attrezzata, anche con tostapane e microonde. La presenza di un grande soggiorno e di due balconi arricchisce la vivibilità. Presenti diversi armadi. Pulizia ben fatta. Lenzuola asciugamani e prodotti da bagno forniti. Presente anche il phon e il ferro da stiro. C'è anche una lavatrice e una tv, che non abbiamo usato. Wifi ben funzionante. Abbiamo abitato questa casa a fine settembre per cui non abbiamo utilizzato pompe di calore o condizionamento, cmq presenti (ma non usati), visto che la temperatura era gradevole. Ottima la comunicazione con la proprietaria, puntuale e precisa nei contatti. Se dovessimo tornare a Skopje sarebbe la nostra prima scelta. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

L'appartamento in sé non presenta criticità evidenti.Ogni tanto in bagno si sentiva un cattivo odore, ma credo sia legato alla fognatura di zona.

Dairenin konumu çok iyiydi. Yürüyerek heryere kolay ulaşımı var. Ev oldukça büyük. 5 kişi çok rahat bir şekilde konaklayabilir.

Evin temizliği iyi değildi. Yüzeysel temizlik yapılmıştı. Çarşaflarda saçlar vardı. Mutfakta kullanım için bırakılan makineler temiz değildi.

Konumu harikaydı. Oldukça genişti ve 3 yetişkin ve 3 yaşımda oğlumla birlikte gayet rahat ettik. Ev sahibemiz Tina son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Uçak saatimiz nedeniyle erken check-in talebimize olumlu yanıt verdi. Ayrıca araç kiraladığımda aracı evin otoparkına sevk edebilmem için kartını da ödünç verdi ve hatta yaşadığım bir (benden kaynaklı) küçük sorunda hemen çıkageldi ve sorunumuzla ilgilenerek çözdü.
