Boris ve Ira çok tatlı ve iyi niyetli kişiler, Daire çok merkezi bir konumda her yere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Ayrıca Boris’in verdiği araç kartı ile binanın açık otoparkına park edebilmek çok güzel.
Sadece salonda klima var, yatak odasında yok çok sıcak havalarda olumsuz etkileyebilir. Balkon bulunmuyor.
